RENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• A month to month contract is required.
  
  
• The monthly rental fee plus a $20.00 deposit sweeping fee is due at contract signing. The $20.00 sweeping fee will be refunded at end of contract if unit is swept clean.
  
  
• The rental fee is due on the first day of each month, with a grace period of 5 days. If payment is not received by the 5th of the month, a $10.00 penalty is added to the monthly rental fee and a company lock is placed on the unit until paid in full. If rental payment is not received by the 20th of the month an additional $10.00 is added and you will receive a demand letter for full payment.
