We have two duplex apartment buildings. Each unfurnished apartment is approximately 1200 sq ft and has:
  • 2 ample sized bedrooms with large closet in each.
  • Large den has dining area and kitchen.
  • Utility area for washer and dryer.
  • Ample storage space in utility area, kitchen, den, and hallway.
  • Each apartment has its own partially fenced back yard.
  • Water, sewer and garbage are paid by K & M Rentals, LLC. Renter pays only electric.
  • Monthly rate is $500 with a $250 deposit and minimum 6 month lease.
  • At contract signing the monthly rental is due plus refundable deposit.
  • Small pets (kept inside) are ok. $300 nonrefundable deposit due at signing. No large pets.
  • Apartment can accomodate a maximum of 4 people.
  • No sub leasing allowed.
  • One bath with shower and tub.
